Once upon a time, there were four friends named Lily, Max, Ava, and Ben. They were all in second grade and loved going on adventures together. One day, they heard about a lost treasure that was hidden on a mysterious island. The treasure was said to be filled with gold, jewels, and other precious items. The friends were very excited and decided to go on a journey to find the treasure. They packed their backpacks with snacks, water, and a map that would lead them to the island. Lily, who was the smartest of the group, studied the map carefully and led the way. As they sailed towards the island, they encountered rough waves and strong winds. But the friends were determined to find the treasure and they didn't give up. Finally, they reached the island and started exploring. They walked through thick forests, climbed over rocky mountains, and crossed deep rivers. After hours of searching, they finally found a hidden cave. Inside the cave, they saw a glimmer of light coming from a pile of rocks. They carefully moved the rocks and found a chest filled with gold and jewels. They couldn't believe their eyes! They had found the lost treasure! The friends were overjoyed and decided to share the treasure with their families and donate some to charity. They sailed back home, feeling proud of their adventure and the good deeds they did with the treasure. The friends were amazed by their discovery of the lost treasure. But as they were admiring the gold and jewels, Lily noticed something strange on the back of the treasure map. It was a hidden message written in a language they couldn't understand. "What does it say?" asked Max, curious to know what the message meant. Lily studied the message carefully and realized that it was a riddle. "It says, 'To find the true treasure, you must first solve this riddle'," she said. The friends were excited to solve the riddle and find out what the true treasure was. They sat down together and started brainstorming ideas. After a few minutes, Ava had a brilliant idea. "What if the riddle is talking about the island itself? Maybe there's something else hidden here," she suggested. The friends immediately got up and started searching the island once again. They looked under rocks, inside trees, and even in the water. After hours of searching, they finally found a hidden cave that they had missed before. Inside the cave, they found a small chest with a note attached to it. The note read, "Congratulations, you have found the true treasure. But the real treasure is not gold or jewels, it's the memories you made on this adventure." The friends were touched by the message and realized that the journey itself was the true treasure. They hugged each other and decided to leave the chest untouched, as a reminder of their amazing adventure. As they sailed back home, the friends couldn't stop talking about their journey and the hidden message they found. They knew that they would always cherish the memories they made on the mysterious island. And from that day on, they were known not only as the brave adventurers who found the lost treasure, but also as the wise friends who discovered the true treasure of friendship and adventure. The end.
